I am pregnant! We usually do not tell people this early, but you can totally tell if you look at me. I already have a little pouch and most of my pants do not fit me!! Ha ha! Oh well.
We are very excited and had our first appointment yesterday. I am 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant and due February 13th.
So...Kristine and I are only two weeks apart. We are excited to have cousins that will be so close in age. Although, I am not sure how Grandma feels?? Ha ha!
Thank you for all the calls and checking in on me. I am doing great!

The Last Month
This past month, we have had some visitors from Antigua and London. Our friends daughter Tia and a student from their school, Shaquille were here the past month. We had a great time with them and the kids keep asking where they are and when they are coming back:) Our good friend Mark also came to visit from London. Whenever we are all together....silly things happen. We hope they all had a great trip!!
The suicide wing competition winner!! Randy Clark!! This was hysterical...I could NEVER do it. They were sweating, crying, losing their breath...but funny to watch!
My cousin John and his girlfriend Stephanie welcomed their new baby Boy Hunter James. I think he looks like John when he was a baby.
Finally...The GO FISH CONCERT!!! This was so much fun! We have been waiting forever to see them. Here is Isaiah with the boys next door.

No More Doctors Please
Since Isaiah has been sick this past month with Thrush, a rash all over his body, then his "broken" arm, and a blockage (he is fine now...just had a crazy few days)....he hates to leave the house in fear that we are going to the doctor or hospital again. I feel bad for him...but it is such a struggle to get him in the car.
We are doing alternative allergy treatments here and he didn't want to go the other day. Which usually he loves to go and play with her toys.
We had to go to the dentist (which was already rescheduled) and he didn't want to go.
He screams, cries, hides under the table, and kicks so I cannot get him in the car....good thing I am still stronger than him right now. But one day...I will not. He is so strong already.
I cannot wait for this to pass, and I know it will, but I pray that he doesn't have to go to the doctor for a while.
Also...due to all these minor illnesses, he has started to test us more and more. It is driving us crazy! But we must stand strong. :) This too shall pass.

Our Anniversary!
Yesterday was our 4 year wedding anniversary!!!!
We decided to go to Niagara-on-the-Lake to celebrate and stayed overnight!! This was my first night away from the kids (except when Hope was born)....and they did great!! I don't even know if they really missed us. They had so many people here to entertain them that they loved every minute of it.
We had a great time. We went up on Wednesday morning and had lunch there. Then we walked the main street and did some shopping (actually Dave did most of the shopping....not me!) Then we went to a winery and did some wine tasting. We are not big drinkers but love the ice wine there and had to pick some up for Dave's mom. It is so good...very sweet! Then we headed to our hotel to get ready for dinner.
Dinner was OK...we are so spoiled in the US. I really wanted a nice steak dinner...and do you know what they told me....go over the border to the casino..HA HA! Anyway, we went to this really cute restaurant and I had steak, but no A1 sauce...what!!?? My very loving husband ran to the convenient store next door to get me some....but it was so nasty. How can they call it A1!! Anyway, we had a great time. Then we went back to the hotel and watched a movie (another chick flick...poor guy I owe him like 5 movies already..ha ha!).
I was so excited to go to bed and not to have to worry about the kids waking up or crying or kicking me....and I COULD NOT sleep! I was up until 3am! I was exhausted today. It was crazy!
Today we went to a few antique shops they had there. Dave found this really awesome desk that they are going to deliver next week. And we found Isaiah an old Tonka metal dump truck...he loves it! Then we decided to head back and get some good food on this side of the border. Sushi...YUM!
We had an amazing time. And now I won't be so nervous leaving them next time. They did great! Thanks Mom and Dad!
