Know anything that works??
I am trying to wean Isaiah off the bottle. He still drinks his milk out of a bottle. I have tried every sippy cup there is but he wont budge...he has a stubborn streak. I have tried warming it up, putting a little chocolate syrup in it...but nothing works. Any ideas or anything that has worked for you??

Tell him you have to give his bottles to a baby who needs them. And since he is big now he can drink his milk out of his cups . Let him help you put the bottles away "for a baby" and say goodbye to them. That's how I got Camryn off them but watch out because I think I "weaned" Camryn too soon off the bottle. It was a comfort thing for her (since she never had a pacifier or her thumb)and she wasn't ready to let it go, but it was too late and I couldn't give them back so she used to suck on her cups like bottles it broke my heart.
I would do that or even throw out the bottles...the only thing is that Hope uses the same bottles..so I cant't =)
Maybe when he is two you could explain to him that at two he is a big boy and that he needs to drink from a cup only. Maybe he could pick out a new cup that would be just for him for his milk. He may be stubborn
but he is also smart. It may take time but eventually he will understand. I would also ask the pediatrician or go on-line. Good luck!
