I haven't posted in awhile because we have had a new schedule lately....it is called NO NAPPING!
I try everyday for about a 1/2 and hour to get Isaiah to go down for a nap but....he usually does not go down. He is so tired though...poor thing. BUT that also means after we live through some tears and meltdowns....he goes to bed at 7 with Hope. AND we actually get some adult time to talk, watch a movie, or do whatever we want (and I have not chose blogging to be one of them....sorry).
The kids are doing great. Isaiah is very silly as usual and Hope is babbling away (I wish I knew what she was saying:) We are taking a music class on every Tuesday morning with the kids and they love it. Isaiah asks to go everyday. He sings a lot of the songs at home too. It is really cute. He learns them very fast! Next week we are going to start gymnastics with them too. Hope is such a monkey. She can climb anywhere...she copies anything her brother does! I also want to continue swim lessons with them. Isaiah is doing so great. He swims all over the pool with just his life jacket and would stay in there forever if I let him. Hope loves it too. She is a little to crazy for me though. She has no fear....just wants to walk in the water or put her face right under.
I always feel like I am running around doing errands. And I always forget something when I am out even if I have a list...so I have to go back to the store again later in the week. Crazy!
We are loving it here and seeing lots of friends and family. We would love to get together with more people too but realize everyone is so busy in the summer. But that should change after this week and everyone back to school!
Here are some cute pictures of Hope at a concert we went too. Sorry none of Isaiah...he didn't want any taken.

We did the same thing when we had too young ones, it was touchy around supper time--no delays and tried to have a 'streamline' routine--but yes! we had some great evenings with everyone down early!!
Enjoy--miss you guys--first day of school is today so pray for all of us--T
I remember those days...and it sounds like you are enjoying them, too, which is how it should be. You will always have treasured memories.
I also can empathize with the errand thing, although even though my kids are older that still continues. You would think that I would have it figured out by now. If I did surely I could write a book and make a fortune! Ha! Ha!
Oh, and ps...happy for your new routine. For some reason the boys just can't seem to settle down/transition in to nap time (that must change at some point because Uncle Chris loved naps). I am so glad for you and Dave for that time together, especially since time passes so quickly, for it is so important and will also give you great memories. Trust me, I know! :)
Is that tree clean Hope is hugging?LOL! :) We MISS YOU GUYS! :)
