My baby boy is 3! (Can you believe it?)

I cannot believe he is already 3! Time has definietly flown by...and he is not my baby boy...he is my big boy.

He is definitely ALL boy. He loves his cars, trucks, trains, sports, and playing rough. But he is also my sweet little boy. Just as I was sitting down to write this...he says:

Isaiah: Mommy are you getting tired?

Me: A little.

Isaiah: Don't get tired...I love you and want to play with you. (My heart just melts:)

He is also such a silly little boy. The things that always come out of his mouth make me laugh, smile...and sometimes want to laugh when I know I shouldn't.

He is also a great big brother...most of the time. He had learned how to share with his sister and most of the time will let her play with him. They love to dance together...it is so cute to watch. We still have to remind him that she is little and not as strong as him. It is funny/sad to see him run by her and she goes down into a turtle postion for fear of her brother running into her. Hey at least she learns!

Happy Birthday Isaiah. Mommy, Daddy, and Hopey love you very much!

We're Back Back from Cali Cali!

We just returned home from our trip to California. We had such a great time. We stayed with Tita and Jaja (Dave's parents). It was so nice to see them and visit with them. We all had a great time. Tita cooked us so many dinners...they were so yummy!:) (By the way Tita...you need to teach me how to make some of them!)

While we were there...we tried to see as many people as possible. We got to see our friends Jill, Ryan, Presley and Lily! We even were there for Presley's birthday party! The kids had so much fun there. We also saw them a few more times that week. We love to see them because the kids play so nice together. For some reason Isaiah plays really well with a couple of people and Presley has always been one of them.

We also went to our church 2 times when we were there! Yeah! That is one of the things that we do miss most about California. We still haven't found a church that we love here. We spent time with Monsignor, our friends Dr. Brian, Karen and Baby Ella (she is 15 months but since we know another Ella...she is always Baby Ella:) We went to lunch with the Fisher's and our cousin Ashley! It was so great to see everyone.

We also spent a little time with Fern and Sue and their kids. Isaiah loves going to their house because of all the boy toys. While we were visiting there....I couldn't find Isaiah. So I went looking and found him in the bathroom with the lights off going to the bathroom. He asked their little boy Cameron where it was and went all by himself! He is getting so big!

We only spent a short time with Mike, Maria, and their kids. We stopped by Preston's birthday party without our kids because they were sick. They have a baby so we didn't want to get them sick since they were sick the week before. We hope to see them more next time we come! :)

When we were there...my new nephew Zach was born!! Yeah!! We were so excited to go and meet him but of course....my kids got sick and we couldn't go up to see him:( I was so sad because we were so close and couldn't go! But we will hopefully see all of them soon!

I will post some pictures of our trip later. I am just trying to get caught up, get the kids back on their schedule....and get ready for next week (Isaiah's birthday and Thanksgiving!!)

Halloween

Here are the kids in their costumes. Hope WOULD NOT be a ladybug. She screamed every time you tried to put her costume on....but she loved the monkey costume that was her brothers when he was 1. That was what I was originally going to put her in except that we were invited to a party so I thought she should look more like a little girl:) Good thing the ladybug costume was cheap!

There are only a few pictures because we are not huge Halloween people. Isaiah doesn't even know what candy is since he cant really eat it. We took them into the village and they painted a pumpkin. Then we went to Randy's house and hung out outside and they got to see all the kids in their costumes! It was fun!
Our little monkey!
Silly faces.
We had to watch out for her tail because Isaiah kept trying to pull it!
She loved her tail!
