First Day Of School!

It went pretty well for the first day. I forgot to take them to the bathroom before we started so...as we are mid-song...they both had to go. Oh well, I will have to remember to take them before we start tomorrow. They did pretty well taking turns and sitting. They really are not used to sitting and listening to directions all the time. We do a calendar, ABC's, numbers, read a story and do an activity with it, draw different kinds of lines, and learn how to draw different numbers. That is our goal for the day. Then we also are learning a bible verse. A few times Isaiah wanted to play with his trucks...but he also came back and wanted to do what we were doing. I think once they get used to the routine they will like it more.

Isaiah said later that he really liked the book and drawing lines to get the car to the finish line.

Hope kept asking to go back all day. So cute!

Hope it gets better and better! I love doing it!

Here are a few pictures of their first day!

All ready to go!

The only smile I could get that day.

Are you ready yet Mom??

Our calendar

Snack time...even though we were there only 20 minutes...they needed a snack! They are too funny!

What fun! I didn't realize the kids were going to go to school. Is is at your church? That is such a fun and educational time for all. Enjoy! Great memories, too.

This is great. Learning at a young age how school will be. Responsibility, being on time, taking direction. Can't wait to see you guys!
